1. Who we are

This website is operated by Cubely B.V., Beursplein 37, 3011 AA Rotterdam, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 66839424). We are the controller for the processing of personal data described below. You can reach us atinfo@cubely.net.

2. Visiting this website

When you visit cubely.net, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest). These server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period and are not combined with other data.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to third-party font services. If you switch between light and dark mode, this preference is stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

3. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address and your message) to answer your request and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To protect the form against spam and abuse, your IP address is held temporarily in memory for up to one hour to limit the number of submissions. It is not stored permanently.

We keep your enquiry for as long as necessary to handle it. If no business relationship follows, we delete it no later than two years after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Service providers

We use carefully selected processors who act only on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) – website hosting and delivery.
• Resend (USA) – delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox.

Where personal data is transferred to the United States, this is based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at info@cubely.net.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, this is theAutoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
